Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 will launch in a few days in India but a leak already revealed a lot of interesting specs.
What really catches the eye is the massive, 5000 mAh battery that will probably help this smartphone run for 48 hours on a single charge. That’s pretty impressive for a device with a 6″ inch, 18:9 display! It’s true that the Zenfone 4 Max also boasted a 5000 mAh battery, but that one only offered a 5.5 inch screen.
The rest of the leaked Zenfone Max Pro M1 specifications mention a Snapdragon 636 chipset, also found in Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 5, alongside up to 6GB of RAM and up to 64GB storage expandable with a MicroSD card.
We also know there’s a 16MP front camera with a Softlight LED flash. As for authentication, the Zenfone Max Pro M1 will offer face unlock and a fingerprint sensor.
What’s not incredibly clear is the “Pure Android Oreo” specification. The phrase usually implies a completely unaltered Android Oreo, which would be highly unusual for the smartphones to run, since they have traditionally showcased the company’s own Zen UI.
If that turns out to be the case, would it be a relief for you or a complication? Comment below, we want to hear your thoughts on this!
