Honor 10 is here, folks, and it doesn’t disappoint. The device comes with some of the tech magic Huawei bestowed on P20, at a much lower price. That combination makes it one irresistible phone.
Before we get into specs, let’s talk about design. Honor 10 is a beauty, featuring a 5.8-inch Full HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio, a glass back and a notch. The latter is there to make room for the frontal camera, earpiece and various sensors.
Once you power on the device, you’ll find an Android 8.1 Oreo OS (with EMUI 8.1 skin) running on a Kirin 970 processor. Yes, it’s the same powerhouse that keep P20 alive. Not only that, but the device offers up to 6GB of RAM, just like P20 Pro and a 24MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
What are the other features it brings?
- 16MP RGB+24MP monochrome dual cam with f/1.8 aperture and PDAF
- 3.5mm audio jack
- dual nano SIM slots
- 3,400 mAh battery
- fast charging supports
The things it doesn’t offer:
- microSD slot
- Face Unlock
All in all, Huawei is making us a pretty good offer. In China, it will go on sale this April 27, while the rest of the world will receive it come May 15. Honor 10 will be available in four colors: Black, Blue, Gray, and Purple. The starting price will be around $415 for 6GB RAM with 64GB of storage and $480 for the same amount of RAM but 128GB of storage.
