Pornhub Offers To Buy Vine And Restore It Back To “Its NSFW Glory”

Believe it or not, Pornhub is the one site that could save Vine’s future, after Twitter CEO announced its imminent closure. The porn site wants to buy the video platform… or so it seems #todaymagic

Pornhub’s VP, Corey Price, sent a letter to Jack Dorsey, unashamedly sharing it with the rest of the Internet. CNET disclosed some parts of it, including this paragraph:

“We figure since Twitter has dropped (Vine) and is having significant layoffs, that you and your stakeholders could benefit from a cash infusion from the sale of Vine. Not to mention we would be saving Vine gems like ‘Damn Daniel,’ ‘Awkward Puppets’ and many more”

The company also says it’s going to restore Vine to its NSFW glory and strongly believes most users wouldn’t need more than six seconds to enjoy themselves anyway.

If this seems like a prank more appropriate for April Fools’ Day, we sympathize. Yet it’s October and Pornhub might just be talking seriously. If Twitter agrees, the Internet is going to become a most interesting place…
