The Wait Is Over! Android Chose Its Name And It’s Not Nutella

Google has let random people from the Internet suggest names for their new version of Android. Nutella was by far the most obvious and requested name but the company didn’t take the easy road. Their new name is entirely different #softwaremagic

Today, the big reveal was made on Social Media platforms. Future Android smartphones will support Android Nougat. Yes, this is the sweet snack that will be written in everyone’s product reviews from now on. Although Nougat was a surprising and disappointing choice for many, we believe it has a cool ring to it.
