This R2-D2 Coffee Press Will Wake You Up Swifter Than The Alarm

If you’ve been following the Star Wars franchise from the beginning, you know the merchandise surrounding it has been pushed on the market continuously, shamelessly. More than half of it isn’t worth a second glance, as it’s made from cheap plastic and with total disregard to important details (for fans), but this coffee press is another thing altogether. It’s not just necessary in any household but has R2-D2 body, too #objectmagic

ThinkGeek has come up with the premium-looking (and officially licensed) Star Wars home appliance, catering to coffee lovers everywhere. The French press machine doesn’t bring anything new to the brewing process, only to the design. After adding your grounds and boiling water, the press begins its magic and the quick plunge delivers 32-ounces of heavenly hot drink.

R2-D2’s belly fills up with coffee and gets ready to wake you up faster than your alarm clock. The gadget will be available from November, at the price of $40, and we bet Star Wars fans will appreciate the fun take on their morning habit.
