Sony has introduced the new Xperia XA2 Plus, which, according to them, is “designed to entertain.”
What does Sony mean by that, you ask?
Well, first of all, it’s the specs that are worthy of entertainment: the phone has a 6-inch Full HD+ display and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It also has rounded screen corners that still include the bezels – in its defense, it is a mid-range phone, so maybe we can let this one slide.
The phone comes with a 23-megapixel rear-facing camera capable of 4K recording, while the front-facing camera is an 8-megapixel super-wide angle.
It runs Android 8.0 and supports Qualcomm Quick Charge with USB-C.
It’s all held together by the ever present Snapdragon processor – a Snapdragon 630, that is. It comes with either 3GB RAM and 32GB storage or 6GB RAM with 64GB storage.
To top it all up, it is available in silver, black, gold and green variants.
For now there are no news on the price tag but it’s predecessor, the XA1 Plus cost $380, if that is any indication for what’s to come.
