NEED TO KNOW

Byton M-Byte, Devil’s Ride and the Best From Lamborghini at Frankfurt Motor Show

The Frankfurt Motor Show just ended and let me tell you, you don’t need to be a driver to appreciate the fiercest cars on display; starting with the most powerful Lamborghini from the Italian manufacturer and ending with a tank, rather than a car, with a devilish price. We also got to see what Byton ended up keeping on his M-Byte production vehicle.

Byton has been making the rounds for a couple of years now. They haven’t missed a consumer electronics tradeshow, raising the stakes regarding their “offices on wheels”. At IAA, we got the chance to finally see the production car as it will retail. How does M-Byte look right now? Still on a show floor, quite a bit delayed and less smart than before.

Check the video to see what we mean by that!

However, we did enjoy seeing Lamborghini’s first “green” initiative. The Lamorghini Sian is their first hybrid car and the most powerful vehicle yet, proving going electric doesn’t need to take away from the things racers go mad about: speed and performance. Plus, it looks so edgy, we almost got a chassis cut.

Audi has also brought a concept car that accessorizes with drones. The deployment comes in handy both in the day as well as in the night, but in vastly different ways.

Last but not least, the Ramsmobile is a bold proposal for a daredevil. It’s all black with red linings and an overall look that will remind you more of a tank than a car. Everything about is it deliciously absurd: the names, the price and the specs.

Let us know which of these impressed you the most or if you have your own picks from IAA!
