You can now create up to 14,000 new emojis with Gboard, Google’s keyboard for Android devices, and Emoji Kitchen. The tool allows you to create new emojis in the form of stickers by combining existing ones and generating up to 14,000 new versions.
Emoji Kitchen is only available for Android handsets but emojis can be shared across other devices. Among the instant messaging apps that can support this feature are WhatsApp and Telegram.
Here’s how creating a new emoji works, with Emoji Kitchen. You just have to select two different emojis and the Gboard will give the option to make a combination, producing a totally different emoji, as google shows in this video:
From the looks of the images Google posted on Twitter, you could easily fall into an emoji rabbit hole, and spend hours creating funny and weird new versions.
