After introducing the MSI Creator 17, an ultra-powered laptop, MSI continues to refresh its line using the new Super GPUs from NVIDIA.
MSI is not only upgrading the laptops to the new Super variants of NVIDIA’s RTX mobile GPUs but also adding the 10th-gen Comet Lake mobile processors from Intel.
From the Creator 17 to the gaming series GS Stealth and GE Raider, MSI is putting out about 12 new laptops on the market using the latest processing advancements.
Most of them can be configured with the RTX 2080 Super, the top-of-the-line mobile graphics card.
The MSI GE66 Raider and the GS66 Stealth are also going up to a 99Wh battery, the biggest one available for carry-on on a planet, and have the option of a 300Hz Full HD display.
The MSI Creator 17 is not a gaming laptop but more of a really light (5 and a half pounds) desktop replacement for content creators.
The first hint of its purpose? The screen.
The laptop features a 4K display alongside a Mini LED display and touts HDR1000 standards, a 100,000:1 contrast ratio and a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut.
Furthermore, the function keys are designed around productivity tasks, and there is a creator center that lets workers prioritize the processing power allocated to their essential apps.
All new MSI laptops are available starting today, with the MSI Creator 17 starting at $1799.
