Nokia X71 Comes with Punch-hole Display and 48 MP

Nokia has made a name for itself in recent years as one of the kings of mid-range phones with the best bang for the buck.

The newly unveiled Nokia X71 is no exception.

Soon to launch in the US and Europe with the name Nokia 8.1, the Nokia X71 hits two trends at once.

It has a big screen with no notch, but a punch-hole for the front camera.

On the back, it sports a 48 MP triple camera setup with Karl Zeiss lenses. The FHD+ display is a 6.39-inch screen, so it’s paired with a decent 3,500 mAh battery to go that extra mile.

In terms of processing power, the Nokia X71 uses the mid-range Snapdragon 660 but pairs it with a generous 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of expandable storage.

The Nokia X71 will ship with Android 9.0 as part of the Android One lineup and will cost around $385.

The best part of it all?

There’s one trend Nokia ain’t following anytime soon and that’s the absence of a headphone jack.
