Starting today, Spotify users will be able to better personalize their playlist and listen exactly to what they like, as the company has just announced that Premium users on Android and iOS can now hide songs in playlists.
So if you don’t want to listen to playlists created by other users, or just any music suggested, you can start hiding songs in a playlist by simply reaching the context menu, then select “Hide song.” The hidden songs will appear with a mark next to them and will automatically be skipped in the playlist.
Of course, if you’ve changed your mind and decide to give a try to a certain song, you can just repeat the same process, and just unmark the “Hide song” option.
Spotify users, keep in mind that this feature is only available to those of you who are Premium users.
