Vivo Y90 has now officially launched. The phone was announced in Pakistan with a waterdrop notch and a 6.22 inch HD+ FullView display.

The phone has a Helio A22 Soc under the hood that comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. That can be expanded via a microSD card slot to up to 512GB.

The phone does not have a fingerprint scanner though and only relies on biometric authentication via face unlock.

The waterdrop notch houses a 5MP selfie camera with an f/1.8 aperture while on the back we can find only one 8MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera has features like Face Beauty, Professional, Palm Capture, Voice Control, FLash, Video, Time-Lapse, Slow and a Time and Model Watermark.

The front camera only features Face Beauty, Palm Capture, Voice Control, Selfie Lighting, Video, and Time Watermark features.

The Vivo Y90 uses a 4.030mAh battery and comes with connectivity options like Wi-Fi 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 5, Micro-USB port, GPS, USB OTG as well as a 3.5mm audio jack.

Other sensors that can be found on the phone include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass as well as a gyroscope and proximity sensor.

It runs Android 8.1 Oreo with Funtouch OS 4.5 on top and comes in Blue and Gold color options.

The phone is priced at around $120 in Pakistan, after conversion and will hit the market in India soon but Vivo did not yet offer an official date for that.
