Will Elon Musk Be The First Real Iron Man?

Elon Musk’ mysterious visit to the Pentagon made everybody speculate on its motive. But no one expected an answer, much alone on Twitter. Yet Musk delivered, proving once again that he’s always ready to shoot for the stars #todaymagic

After CNN wrote about the possible reasons behind his meeting with Secretary of Defense Ash Carter, Musk couldn’t help but release a teaser in a Twitter post:

Flying metal suit? Either this is the most cruel Iron Man joke or it’s time we threw a red and gold party. Considering Musk’ latest thoughts on Mars journeys and Matrix possibilities,  this could very well turn out to be the start of a huge engineering project. Various companies, such as Hyundai, and big universities have been working on exoskeletons for a time now, so it wouldn’t be a complete shock.

As the meeting was all about innovation (according to one Department of Defense spokesperson), we can’t help but dream that the talk veered towards Tony Stark and an equally impressive defense suit.
