The Moto Z4 is receiving Android 10 just recently, after 6 moths since the update was released to Google’s Pixel lineup. Those who have waited patiently can finally download Android 10 for Moto Z4 on Verizon carrier.
Sadly, it seems like ever since Motorola belongs to Lenovo, the company won’t prioritize the Android updates.
The version QPF30.130-15-7 offers all the latest Android 10 changes. Users will benefit of privacy improvements, a system-wide dark mode, and better structure for notifications, and the Android security patch that’s dated March 1, 2020.
There are a few changes in the latest update, though:
- You need to swipe up to use the face unlocking feature
- Changing icon shapes are now in the developer options
- The micro screen works differently
- Moto actions can be found in the Settings, not just in the Moto app
The update should reach all the units belonging to Verizon’s network these days.
