Vivo, the Official Sponsor for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, Launches New Challenges for Football Fans

Vivo is once again sponsoring the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, signaling the company’s expanding presence worldwide.

This time, as the only official sponsor for this major event, vivo is launching a challenge for football fans everywhere to share their love and memories of the sport.

Until November 16th, you can win official FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 gifts if you share your vivo phone and football love on Instagram, simply by posting with the #vivogiveitashot campaign. There’s no limit to the number of posts or videos you can share, so more signups will give you a better chance at winning. If you have a Vivo V-series phone, the photography-dedicated Vivo X80 or the foldable vivo X fold, here’s your chance to show it off!

If you’re more active on TikTok, the #vivogiveitashot campaign there will start on November 14th and run all through December. There, you’ll get a special filter to start celebrating the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

In December, Vivo will also host a celebration called #vAreHereToShare, creating a platform where all football fans are expected to share their best FIFA memories.

“Football has the power to bring people together. vivo believes that innovation can help football fans build a community and share exciting World Cup experiences with everyone across the globe, whether they are watching the games at a football stadium or enjoying the experience from afar,” said Spark Ni, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at vivo.

As part of their sponsorship of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, the recently launched foldable vivo X Fold Plus will be a central part of the Qatar 2022 matches to provide support for the preparation and staging of the event.

An upgrade that brings the vivo X Fold launched this spring to flagship expectations, the vivo X Fold Plus now has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.

It also charges even faster at 80W (up from 66W), which means a full top-up in 35 minutes, and comes with a larger, 4,730 mAh battery.
