After Apple rejected Valve’s Steam Link almost a year ago claiming “business conflicts”, the company decided to allow it on iOS devices. The app can now be found in the App Store.
Steam Link is replacing Valve’s streaming box, allowing users to stream their PC games to other devices on the same network.
How did it finally happen? Coincidentally or not, just after the Supreme Court ruled that Apple will be in the midst of an antitrust lawsuit regarding the monopolistic practices around the App Store.
However, unlike on Android, users can’t purchase games from the Steam store with the new iOS Steam Link app.
