TV Audio Gets Surround Sound Makeover via DTS Play-Fi Home Theater

For the first time, there is a technology capable of taking your TVs’ audio to the next level – surround sound – wirelessly. DTS Play-Fi Home Theater can finally solve issues most TV owners have been facing for a while now.

Although thin, giant TVs are all the rage now, the sound quality they’re capable of is less than ideal. In the same time, creating a surround sound system at home (with everything it entails – speaker wires, HDMI cables) is a hassle you probably want to avoid.

Add up to two Play-Fi enabled subwoofers which will give you amazing bass quality

This, obviously, depends on your configuration and dream setup but either way it saves you some extra money and even helps manufacturers cut back costs.

By the way, TVs featuring DTS Play-Fi Home Theater will hit the market in the third quarter of 2021. Those will be compatible with the existing DTS Play-Fi devices, from soundbars and speakers, to amplifiers.
