Galaxy Note 9 Upgraded To Android 10 On All Major US Carriers

Released in 2018, one of Samsung’s flagship phones received an upgrade to Android 10 for all European devices, last month. Shortly after, US owners of unlocked Galaxy Note 9 started getting the same upgrade.

Now, carriers like Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile have made the update available to its clients using Samsung’s Galaxy Note 9 line. After releasing the Android 10 upgrade for the S9 and S9+ variants with some hick-ups that led to a “temporary pause”, T-Mobile had no issues with the Note 9 line updates.

Sprint-locked Galaxy Note 9 users were the last ones to see the update available for their devices, even is some users reported receiving the upgrade a week ago.

For some reason, Sprint wasn’t able to do a wide-scale rollout until now. Mobile network operators take their time when it comes to upgrading OS for their locked phones, so if the change isn’t available for you, just be patient.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 still looks good for a phone launched in 2018 and has respectable specs. This new upgrade will provide the device with system enhancements and performance improvements, extending its life span and vastly improve user experience.
