You might remember that, last year, the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL have been thoroughly leaked in a series of HD photos and reviews long before their launch and it looks like their ‘Lite’ predecessor is suffering the same fate.
The phone was reviewed in a YouTube video that belongs to a channel called Andro News. It’s a pre-production sample it seems, as it features a generic logo instead of the familiar ‘G’.
The phone has a plastic body and comes in white, with a yellow power button. On the bottom edge, we can find two speaker grills and a USB-C port, while the left side hosts the SIM card slot. It has a 5.5 inch 1080 x 2160 LCD screen.
The 3.5mm headphone jack is also very much present on the top edge, so we can assume that all the phones in the new Lite lineup will have it.
As far as the camera goes, it has a 12Mp one with 1.2 micron pixels and an optically stabilized lens with an f/1.8 aperture. According to the video review, the Pixel 3 Lite’s photos can match up the quality of the Pixel 3.
The handset has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 under the hood, with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
The video states that the phone will be launched after Google I/O, but considering this leak is not a small one, we might see Google push the date a little, but don’t take our word for it.
