After Samsung’s third Unpacked event on September 23, Google is getting ready for its big hardware reveal.
Usually, Google holds its Pixel hardware event in October, but this year it seems like we are going to witness the live stream hardware event on September 30th at 11 a.m.
According to the invitation, the event will focus on “new Chromecast, our latest smart speaker, and our new Pixel phones”, and we are not surprised, as Google has already announced the upcoming Pixel 5.
Therefore, the company will be announcing a new Pixel phone, Chromecast, and smart speaker.
The event is going to take place in the form of a live stream conference, and is promoted under the tagline “Launch Night In”. Most likely it will be streamed from the Made by Google YouTube channel.
The Google Home/Nest Home family are overdue for an update, therefore the event will also include the new Nest Home smart speaker, with a slimmer and flatter design, and probably even taller than the original Google Home.
