If this leaked Xbox One controller is indeed legitimate, Microsoft is definitely serious about investing in accessibility and catering to the needs of gamers with disabilities.

The oversized A and B pads seem to be tied to three LED lights which could indicate which pre-programmed mode is active. According to Windows Central, the leaked controller has grooves over the functions, something that will be a big help for visually-impaired users.
If this leak turns out to be true we will see the official confirmation sooner than you think.
E3 Expo is on June 10 and is arguably the biggest gaming event of the year, so Microsoft will definitely show this new Xbox controller there.
