Lens Supplier for Apple Believes The Company Will Soon Adopt The Triple Camera Setup For Future Devices

Largan Precision is the company that supplies Apple with the lens modules Apple uses on its phones and, in spite of having gone through a rough time in 2018 when the revenue went down by 20%, it still remains optimistic.

A report from DigiTimes states that the supplier is still confident that Apple will soon adopt the triple camera module for it upcoming flagship smartphones and will continue to expand on ‘its production capacity.’

Largan also supplies lens modules for other companies such as Huawei, Oppo, Vivo and Samsung Electronics and, because of this, it has reasons to stay this confident – if anyone would have a good chance at receiving orders for the triple lens modules this year, it’s definitely Largan Precision.

Apple is most likely planning to release a new iPhone that will feature a three lens system, as we have seen from repeated leaks in the past few weeks and it has been the talk of the town ever since the first alleged photos have surfaced, thanks to its unique camera placement.
