While most tech announcements are made in the fall, starting with Apple’s iPhone 8 announcement in September, this year August is equally exciting. Next week, Samsung will debut Note 8 while at the very end of the month, LG will announce V30 #mobilemagic
In the past few weeks, LG V30 rumors have been pouring over the Internet and now we have the first clean renders from leaker @evanblass:

As you can see, this handset follows the design language of G6. LG has slimmed the bezels significantly, granting a larger display to the device. So, if you loved the new approach of LG this year, this smartphone won’t disappoint. What’s even better is that LG decided to upgrade the camera on V30. G6 has a great camera, of course, but the V30 will be one of the few flagships to sport a f/1.6 aperture lens. This means the camera will receive 25% more light (compared to a smartphone with f/1.8 lens), which will especially come in handy in low-light environments (think nights out, clubs, etc.)
As for the UI, you’ll also notice that LG has turned the secondary display in a floating bar, for a cleaner look. From there, you’ll be able to access a bunch of options and customize your settings.
Stay tuned for more info regarding camera modes and software features!
