OnePlus 9 is still months away from officially being released. It’s expected the Shenzhen company will deliver its new flagship in March 2021.
We published the first leaked renders of the upcoming device last month, but now live images of the handset have surfaced. Thanks to PhoneArena, the previous leak was confirmed, and we can now see for ourselves OnePlus 9’s 6.55-inch display with a hole punch camera in the upper left corner. The same report says the screen has a 2400 x 1080 panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The images aren’t of the best quality, but the leak says it’s an alleged prototype device complete with unique pre-prod branding. The same source states that the OnePlus 9 will most likely be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888, a popular choice among 2021 flagships.
It’s also reported the OnePlus 9 will be powered by a 4500 mAh battery and will arrive with Android 11 – Oxygen OS. It’s expected the flagship will come with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM but there will likely be an option with a different memory configuration.
