We already know that the Razer Phone 2 is just around the corner, with a launch date set for October 10, but now, thanks to leaker extraordinaire Evan Blass, we also get to see the renders for it in advance.

The front of the phone does not look very different from its predecessor; the display seems unchanged, with the 16:9 ratio still in place.

The back is a whole different story though – there is a Razer logo that lights up, which is definitely eye-catching. Some rumors have been pointing to a logo color change, but we’ll see about that.

The camera housing has also been re-positioned: unlike its predecessor, which had the camera in the top left corner, the Razer 2 Phone will be hosting a center-mounted dual camera setup.

There is no fingerprint scanner in sight so we it might be on the sides or come in-display.

Seeing as the previous model came with 8GB of RAM and 64GB of storage alongside a 4,000mAh battery, the Razer 2 Phone could exceed these numbers. It will definitely come with a Snapdragon 845 under the hood, which should deliver a more immersive gaming experience.

October’s getting increasingly busier, guys! Which smartphone are you looking forward to the most?
