Rumor: Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Specs, Dual-Curved Screen

Another week, another phone. Xiaomi is getting ready to unveil their Mi Note 2 the following week, on October 25 in Beijing. Most of the specs are mere rumors for now, but we can rely on one design feature at least – the dual-curved screen #mobilemagic

The company posted this picture on their Social Media accounts, confirming the event’s start time and line of design:

If you can’t wait to see the product that might be able to replace Samsung’s recalled phablet, here are some of the technical specifications leaked on Weibo:

• 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display with Force Touch technology
• Snapdragon 821 chipset with Adreno 530 GPU
• Dual 23 MP / 12 MP rear-facing cameras and 8 MP front facing camera
• 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage and another model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage
• Iris scanner
• NFC
• 4,100 mAh battery with quick-charge

The price for this premium phone might be a reasonable one, amongst the lines of $415/4GB one and $445/6GB model.
