PlayStation Plus is PlayStation’s online service that lets users play multiplayer games online with other PlayStation Plus members. Online multiplayer is definitely a huge benefit to this service, but it also comes with more features like free 1-day shipping on certain PlayStation items as well cloud storage and access to certain discounts.
One of the nice features of PlayStation Plus is that every month, new “free” games can be downloaded and played. They are free in the sense that you don’t need to directly pay for them and you get to keep them indefinitely, but you can only play them as long as your PlayStation Plus membership is active.
According to Digital Trends, March’s free PlayStation Plus games are Shadow of the Colossus and Sonic Forces. Shadow of the Colossus is a critically-acclaimed video game following its protagonist as he travel through a deserted landscape as you find and challenge each giant beast known as Colossus in order to bring a loved one back to life. Sonic Forces, on the other hand, is a 3D Sonic game known more for its character creation options. Your created avatar, modern and classic Sonic team up to defeat Dr. Eggman.
Until then, members can download and play February’s free games: BioShock: The Collection and The Sims 4.
