Tesla owners will soon be able to enjoy a new form of entertainment via their car. Yes, Tesla has launched a new product, a microphone dabbed ‘TeslaMic’ created for its in-car karaoke system.
The product was released alongside a Chinese New Year software update that contains a matching karaoke app called Leishi KTV and is only available for the Chinese market for now.
Tesla’s description says the TeslaMic pairs automatically with the system and it comes fitted with a variety of sound modes.
TeslaMic can also be used outside Tesla vehicles, and it’s was available on the Chinese Tesla online shop for 1,199 CNY ($188.48 USD).
The product is a very good match for the Chinese market, as Karaoke is a very popular hobby there, with over 50,000 karaoke venues.
