It’s raining renders, hallejulah! With fall around the corner, the smartphone talk has intensified. These days, renders, pictures and specs of Xiaomi’s future Mi Note 2 have leaked and we couldn’t be happier about it. #mobilemagic
From renders, we can almost spot the dual curve edge display that Samsung made popular with the Galaxy S 7 Edge and Note 7. It’s not a total surprise, considering the manufacturer has started shipping such displays to various OEMs.
From a screenshot of the hardware list, we can detect top-notch technologies and great upgrades. If nothing changes, the Mi Note 2 will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 64GB of internal storage and 6GB of RAM, a first for the company. Since Android’s latest UI version is rolling out this fall, the phone will feature Nougat and keep the MIUI 8.6.8.26 software. As internal storage goes, Xiaomi will probably offer the standard 32GB and 128GB nowadays.
Where camera is concerned, the phone could come with a dual configuration on the back, sustained by a 3,600mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. If you’re lucky, this beauty might cost just 2499 Yuan (approximately $375).
Still, my advice is to put the party on hold, until we have official confirmation.
