The Xiaomi Mi 9 will be officially released tomorrow and, after specs and features have already been announced, the company doesn’t seem to want to rest easy even if we’re just hours away from the unveiling.

Today Xiaomi shared even more of the key features the company’s upcoming flagship will come with and among them we can count a dedicated Google Assistant button, Night Mode UI and a Dual GPS feature that will offer the users a more accurate location even in very crowded cities.

The IR blaster also makes an appearance – it can offer you a more “convenient remote control for your appliances” and the phone will also arrive with a new NFC chip.

Google services are still banned in China so, even if the phone features a Google Assistant button, its domestic units will most likely arrive with Xiaomi’s assistant – Xiao AI.

The UI will benefit from a wallpaper that will change color and object shades through the day but you’ll also have the option to use an Always-On display that will feature customizable patterns.

If you’re more into saving power though, the MIUI 10 will feature a Dark Mode throughout most of its Settings and system apps which will reduce power consumption by 83% on full brightness and 50% under half brightness.

What is there left to talk about during the official unveiling, you ask? Perhaps pricing and availability but it’s clear that Xiaomi is very confident in its flagship handset, if all this marketing is anything to go by.
