With the news that Twitter accepted Elon Musk’s multi billion bid to buy the platform, many thought leaders have shown up to throw their two cents in.
Among them is Jack Dorsey, the co-founder of Twitter, who shared a series of tweets endorsing Elon Musk.
Dorsey said that Elon Musk is “the singular solution I trust”, referring to his “biggest regret” of taking the company public.
He also said that he trusts Musk’s “mission to extend the light of consciousness,” a statement which probably refers to…? Our first thought would be that time when Elon Musk smoked weed on Joe Rogan or on the social experiment he ran when naming his children X Æ A-Xii and Exa Dark Sideræl but we can’t speculate on what exactly Dorsey meant.
The ex Twitter head did say that “In principle, I don’t believe anyone should own or run Twitter” and that it should be a public good instead of a company.
With Donald Trump saying he doesn’t intend to go back to Twitter and will remain on his Truth platform and many others weighing in on Elon Musk’s Twitter acquisition, employees remain confused.
One report says that many of them have no idea if they’re now richer or about to be fired.
