Alan Map Helps You Find Doctors Near You

Alan is a French health insurance startup which has recently launched a new product called Alan Map. The map allows you to find doctors in your area, be they GP’s, dentists or ophtalmologists.

All you need to do is type your address and the name or type of doctor you are looking for in the search bar and a map of the area will pop up, showing you the nearest doctors, represented by dots. By clicking on a dot or a name, you can learn more about the doctor of your choice.

The Alan Map lists not only the names and locations but also the phone number, opening hours and average price and it will let you know if you can see the doctor without the need to book an appointment and if they accept national healthcare cards.

In the future, the company plans to launch an integration with MonDocteur, a French start-up that connects patients and healthcare professionals in an online appointment scheduling service. When that integration will come to fruition, users will be able to book an appointment from Alan Map directly.
