Thanks to Android Police, who has published images of an alleged Palm-branded smartphone, we have a bit of a mystery on our hands.
Palm has not come up with a smartphone since 2011, when it announced the Pre 3 and now we have these leaked images of a smartphone codenamed ‘Pepito’ that comes with a 3.3-inch 720p LCD screen. For reference, that is smaller than the original iPhone screen. It’s also smaller than the Pre 3, if you ever had the chance of testing that out.
Interestingly, not just the display is small, but the battery too, coming at 800mAh. The phone is powered up by a Snapdragon 435 chip and, according to the source, it does have a decent amount of RAM and storage (3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage).

The Pepito will run on Android 8.1 and come in titanium and gold color variants, without sporting a headphone jack. It appears to have a camera on the back as well, which might look like a dual camera but it really isn’t. For now there’s obviously no news about a release or the cost and the company has not yet made any statements regarding the leak.
I have so many questions.
