Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 will launch in a few days in India but a leak has already revealed a lot of interesting specs.
What really catches the eye is the massive, 5000 mAh battery that could power the smartphone for 48 hours on a single charge. While the ZenFone 4 Max also boasted a 5000 mAh battery, but that one only offered a 5.5 inch screen. This new smartphone looks to have a 6-inch, 18:9 display, making the fact that it powers the phone for 48 hours on a single charge extremely impressive!
The leaked ZenFone Max Pro M1 specifications also mention a Snapdragon 636 chipset, a chipset also found in Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 5, as well as up to 6GB of RAM and up to 64GB storage expandable with a MicroSD card.
We also know that the phone will sport a 16MP front camera with a Softlight LED flash. As for authentication features, the ZenFone Max Pro M1 will offer face unlock and a fingerprint sensor.
What’s not incredibly clear is the “Pure Android Oreo” specification. The phrase usually implies a completely unaltered Android Oreo. This would be highly unusual as Asus typically runs their smartphones on their in-house Zen UI.
As these are leaks, they should be taken with a grain of salt. But it’s only a couple days now until we see what exactly the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 has to offer!
