Still trying to convince friends that you have the best smartphone on the market? You might want to reevaluate your speech, before any of them point out the EISA Awards. For 30 years, the European Imaging and Sound Association has given credit to consumer electronics where it’s due. This year, they announced the big winner from the smartphone category, namely… Huawei P9 #mobilemagic
The association (comprised of 50 specialty magazines from 22 European countries) has declared Huawei’s P9 the best smartphone in Europe this year for its camera capabilities (thank you, Leica!), powerful hardware and great design. Ironically, last year another Huawei worn the award, more exactly its predecessor, the P9. Coincidence?…
Other winners include LG G5 in the European Mobile Innovation category, Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge in the Best Smartphone Camera. HTC took two awards at home; the European Advanced Smartphone one for HTC 10 and Best VR Headset for Vive – no surprises, there!

Outdated, the OnePlus 3 already came out. Benchmarked at 142667 with AnTuTu. Highest in the ranking.
