Struggling to figure out what to post or LinkedIn or sick and tired of cringeworthy LinkedIn updates from “hustlers” and “entrepreneurs”?
The good news is that you can now use a tool similar to ChatGPT on LinkedIn, as the social media platform just deployed a generative AI designed to help create content.
The bad news is that LinkedIn was already full of content that sounded like cheap AI, and now it’s going to get even worse.
As SocialMediaToday put it:
“This is my key concern with LinkedIn’s generative AI post prompts, that it’s going to enable people to create a misrepresentation of who they are, and what they know, by making it incredibly easy to just fake it, post, and move.”
So, how does the LinkedIn generative AI work?
From a GizmoChina report:
“To utilize this feature, users need to provide a minimum of 30 words outlining the key message they wish to convey in their post. Leveraging user input, the generative AI generates drafts that can be reviewed, edited, or directly published. Keren Baruch stated that the feature is currently in the testing phase and will eventually be accessible to all users.”
