A post on the company’s forums hinted at the arrival of Xiaomi drone on May 25th, with a live stream on their official website. As a reference, Xiaomi revealed a cool concept with an underslung spherical camera and under it… a bamboo-copter.
You won’t believe it, but the connection between the two is quite simple, as a company representative wrote: “Something wonderful and cool is flying to us very soon. A Bamboo-copter? In China, it’s the earliest flying toys consisted of feathers at the end of a stick, which was rapidly spun between the hands and released into flight. ”
