HTC might have let Samsung and LG shine at MWC, this year, but that doesn’t mean they’re not prepared to change radically the way we see their smartphones. The next phone in line, M10, will look nothing like its predecessor.

According to a detailed press render from @evleaks, the M10 is completely removing the front-facing speakers, replacing them with a fingerprint scanner that can be accessed through the home button. On either side, there will be capacitative keys and chamfered edges.

As specs go, we’ll see a 5.15-inch QHD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 with an Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB RAM, according to @onleaks. The main camera will take photos at 12MP, which is not at all bad for HTC, considering the optical image stabilization and laser autofocus added bonus. Of course, we’ll have to wait for the official launch before we can rate and review it, which might happen at the end of April.
