After a 2 year break, Lenovo has come back with a new Moto X smartphone. The Moto X4 debuted at IFA with a glass body, two cameras and Alexa support #mobilemagic
As opposed to its predecessors, the X4 is a midranger with all the looks of a flagship phone. This time around, Lenovo gave it a metal and glass design for a premium look without selling it for more than €399 in Europe. It’s a pretty great price, considering you get IP68 water and dust resistance, a 3,000 mAh battery and a dual rear camera. This one has a 12MP sensor with an 8MP wide-angle one for color images. The main one has dual-pixel autofocus and f/2.0 lens, while the wide-angle camera offers a 120-degree field of view from its f/2.2 lens.
Lenovo says that Moto X4 can still offer a depth effect while capturing selfies with incredible clarity, thanks to a 16MP camera. The cam should also be able to recognize landmarks and objects and offer information about all of them.
Besides Google Assistant, which you can still summon given the operating system of Moto X4, you’ll find that Alexa is at your disposal, too. The company has pushed for integration of Amazon’s assistant, which you can trigger with voice commands even when the smartphone is locked.
There are two color options for the Snapdragon 630-powered phone: Super Black and Sterling Blue.
