Barely ever have the time to squeeze in a full workout?
Honor’s new smartwatch unveiled at IFA 2020 in Berlin, the Honor Watch ES, introduces a new way to get you more fit.
The watch comes with animated coaching sessions designed to take advantage of “time fragments”.
According to Honor, these are 3-minute slots between meetings or for example, waiting for the bus that can be used to do a short workout.
The Honor Watch ES has 44 of these animations to help you correctly exercise and offers 95 workout modes, from running, to rowing, to using the elliptical or swimming.
The Watch ES also has 24/7 heart-rate, blood oxygenation, sleep, stress and menstrual cycle tracking.
It features a 1.64-inch, always-on AMOLED display with 456 x 280 px resolution (326 ppi) and it’s extremely lightweight.
Without the strap, it weighs just 21 grams.
That’s even more incredible considering Honor boasts of up to 10 days of battery life.
However, if you want your watch to go on basically forever and ever, take a look at the other big IFA announcement from Honor, the rugged GS Pro.
That one can go up to 25 days on a single charge – read more about it here.
The Honor Watch ES will be available in Europe starting on September 7 in white, black and pink and will go for €100, while the GS Pro is priced at €250.
