It’s been a year since Instagram rolled out Instagram Sensitive Content Control feature to the Explore tab. Now, the platform is bringing adjustments to cover all recommendations.
From now on users will be able to control the dose of sensitive content and accounts seen in Search, Reels, hashtag pages, in-feed recommendations, and the Instagram accounts they follow.
Instagram introduced the Sensitive Content Control bar with Allow, Limit, Limit Even More options in July, defining Instagram sensitive content as anything “you can think of sensitive content as posts that don’t necessarily break our rules but could potentially be upsetting to some people – such as posts that may be sexually suggestive or violent.”
