Apple’s World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2018 is still a week away and while everyone is waiting to see what iOS 12 brings, Apple has already dropped a new version of iOS 11. iOS 11.4 finally brings iMessages in iCloud and the much-anticipated AirPlay 2!
With this new update, you can sync and delete messages from all devices. Even better, this process uses end-to-end encryption for extra security and all attachments will also be stored in the cloud, not locally, to save space on your local device.
For music enthusiasts, AirPlay 2 brings stereo dual-Homepod music playback and Apple TV compatibility. AirPlay 2 isn’t available just for HomePods but it is also compatible with a lot of other devices like Sonos and Libratone. Check out the full list of compatible devices here.
