Photos and specifications of the EOS R full-frame mirrorless camera have been leaked by Japanese website Nokishita.According to them, the camera will have, among other things, a 26.2MP CMOS full-frame sensor and a DIGIC 8 image processor.
From the images, we can see that the camera resembles the Canon EOS R model overall, but there are a number of differences that set it apart from its predecessor, like the flip-out LCD (which will allegedly come with touch support) and electronic viewfinder.
The camera will be capable of capturing five frames per second, will have Dual Sensing Image Stabilization and an ISO range of 100 to 40,000.
In addition to that, the model will have a Digital Lens Optimizer (DLO, in-camera RAW development and C-RAW compatibility.
According to the leak, you’ll have also access to a RF 24-105mm F4 L IS USM lens if you purchase the kit instead of just the body.
Nokishita doesn’t mention a price but the camera is expected to be budget-friendly.
