Leaked Galaxy Note 9 Colors and Confirmed S Pen

Thanks to FCC documents about the Note 9’s pen, we now also know what colors the Galaxy Note 9 will come in.

SamMobile lists the model codes and also the colors in which the phone will be available. Of course, the stylus will sport the same color as the phone:

1. EJ-PN960BBEGWW: Black
2. EJ-PN960BJEGWW: Gray
3. EJ-PN960BVEGWW: Violet / Purple
4. EJ-PN960BLEGWW: Blue
5. EJ-PN960BAEGWW: Brown

 

It is also expected the company will introduce a new shade of gold, but that is, so far, only a rumor, in spite of the fact that Samsung teased  the launch with an image showing part of a supposedly golden Galaxy Note 9.

 

The phone is expected to have on a Snapdragon 845 chip and run the next Bixby generation. For now there’s no word on camera or display upgrades, but they wouldn’t come as a surprise.

With the colors and other details aside, it’s the S Pen that holds everyone’s interest. It’s supposed to be much improved and come with Bluetooth support. The Bluetooth will allow the stylus to also be a controller for the camera shutter and also for music playback.

There’s even rumors that the pen will double as a Bluetooth speaker, but there’s almost no evidence out there to support that claim so far.

Samsung will reveal the Galaxy Note 9 on August 9 during a special event that will be held in New York city.
