As we know, Samsung will be releasing its new tablet in a couple of months. As pictures are finding their way from the Internet in our hands we’re updating you on the latest rumors. After some debate, pictures confirm the existence of an iris scanner on the Galaxy Note 7 #mobilemagic
Reliable tipster @onleaks revealed an image with the front display of the Note and it’s obvious that Samsung made some room for an extra camera, as opposed to the S7 Edge:
As we saw in a recent patent application from Samsung, the company will be using three lenses to capture the image signal and then check the iris of the user based on the image generated as well as other information. The design for the patent looked like this, so it would be consistent with the image shown above.
While the iris scanner is almost guaranteed, what else will come with the package? A dual edge panel, 5.8-inch Quad HD dual-edge Super AMOLED display, 6GB of RAM, a 12MP camera and a good battery size – anywhere between 3.600mAh and 4000 mAh. Previous rumors also mentioned microSD support and a Samsung Exynos 8890 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor
