Are we entering an era where smartphones are covered in camera sensors? Could be. In their newest teaser, LG hints that their latest flagship phone will have no less than five cameras – three on the back and two on the front. Though the teaser is a bit of a guessing game, we can, more or less, confirm a few of the previous rumors.
The front display will measure, according to the video, 6.4 inches. On the back, we can see a fingerprint sensor. The phone will come in at least three colors – platinum grey, carmine red and moroccan blue.

While we know the number of the camera sensors, we have no tech details to speak of. Rumors say they might support 3D face mapping, with the primary lens coming at 20 megapixels. As you can imagine, the phone should launch with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor.
No news on a release yet but LG has been sending out invitations for a New York City event set on October 3rd and it’s likely there that the LG V40 ThinQ will make its official debut. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated.
