It’s no secret that Microsoft has been planning to launch a consumer version of its Microsoft 365 subscription.
After all the rumors, ZDNet finally reported that the Microsoft 365 consumer subscription is going to be launched under the name of “M365 Life”, substituting the current Office 365 Personal and Home.
Since the recent discovery according to which 44 million Microsoft Accounts have passwords that have been reused and leaked, a password manager will be on the table, according to the same report.
A “for life” version of Microsoft Teams is also in the works and it will supposedly integrate features like document sharing or sending locations, as part of the Microsoft 365 subscription. The consumer version is expected to arrive in spring 2020, just in time for the company’s Build conference and by the time Microsoft’s Surface Earbuds are supposed to arrive.
However, it is still not clear whether Office 365 Personal and Home subscriptions will suffer any price changes.
