One of the most successful projects on crowdfunding site Indiegogo is a Windows 10 PC. Unlike any PC before it, this PC is so small it can fit in your pocket, but so powerful it can run almost anything a regular sized computer can.
The project raised more than $1 million against a $20,000 goal by promising “the world’s most powerful 5″ inch mini PC.” The specs certainly don’t contradict this statement, as this tiny PC includes 8 GB of RAM and a 128 GB SSD, alongside a 2.56 GHz Intel Atom x7-Z8 processor.
While the design of the chassis leaves a little to be desired, there’s something to be said about the existence of a built-in 5-inch screen and a foldable keyword. Best of all, it has plenty of ways to connect to it, coming with USB, USB-C, and Ethernet ports, alongside dual-band wifi and Bluetooth 4.2.
Surprisingly, this comes at the price of a low-end tablet. Super early birds can grab the mini PC at 50% off for $149. For another $50, you can also upgrade to a 512 GB SSD. Powerful enough to function as a portable drive or even a media center for your TV, it’s quite the deal!
The Indiegogo crowdfunding runs until the end of the month. The device is expected to ship out September 8th.
