According to Lenovo CEO Yang Yuanqing, Motorola will announce a new and exciting device on June 9 and, by the look of it, it’s going to be the much-awaited mid-range smartphone Moto G4. Recent rumors are talking about two phones though, as the G4 gains a Plus version.
The bigger G4 Plus would feature a fingerprint scanner on the home button, underneath the screen, as the above render shows, via @Evleaks. Others have “proof” that the G4 will look totally different, relying on capacitive keys and no physical button on the front:
Rumored specs change from one day to another, so we’ll have to wait for reliable benchmark databases reports, before we get onto that. What we can expect, as far as price goes, is something along the lines of $200 – $229 , since they’re not Motorola’s flagship phones by far.
