New Apple Leak Shows First Look At The Wireless Powerbeats Pro

It looks like the iOS 12.2, which has just been released, in addition to bringing about a few changes, it also arrived with a surprise inside: 9to5Mac managed to find an image and an animation hidden inside it which showcased a new pair of Apple earbuds, dubbed the Powerbeats Pro.

These Powerbeats don’t seem to differ from the Powerbeats3 at all, design-wise, except that they are truly wireless and are shown in both black and white color variants. The Powerbeats3 have a battery that lasts for up to 12 hours but so far it’s unclear if this upcoming version will be able to rise to that same standard.

The earbuds are shown hosted in a case that should, in theory, also charge them on the go.

For now, the earbuds have not been officially confirmed, though by the looks of it, the announcement is not too far away. The Powerbeats3 currently cost $199 so we can expect their successors to retail for a bit higher than that.
